Tonight in a shocking turn of events, Big George's live-journal will come alive after a five month absence. There is a ton to cover and chat about. I hope everyone is in for quite a treat. The last post was in August, but times have changed and a call has gone out to the man himself, and he has agreed to once again lay it all out for the people.

It has been a while since I dabbled in here, so lets see whats new.

I have a new job, hooray for Music Outlet, I start on Saturday. It has always been sort of like a dream part-time job for me so it should be fun. There is no dress code which is amazing, I can wear jeans and still go to work. hell, I could even wear sweat pants. its a small store which is awesome. Of course it is music which in all cases is the main reason for life.

Things are going very good with Julie. Which is excellent.

The drama in my group of friends is just about over. I did my best to apologize to the ones I either hurt or made mad. It might never be the same, but at least we are on the road to recovery. I do have a bit of temper, and it gets riled very easily, but I am trying to tone myself down. It's funny, because usually I am very quiet, besides the ocassional outburst to be funny. Sometimes though I get really angry and I feel like I wear tear people apart. I must get it from my mom.

The frisbee league had its first games last night. It went pretty well. Luckily we got a lot of the people to come. Some said it will never have the full roster, but I am convinced it can work. In either case, we all had fun last night, and the games were good. We even had a famous celeb stop by to fill in a roster spot. Unfortunately he made some bad decisions and his team went down.

This is it for now

Well then,

It has been a very boring Friday lol. Well not so bad, but kind of boring.

Started off the day at 2 with a frisbee league meeting, then drove Julie home, which was nice. :o). I very much hope this is not some big time dream I am having.

Next off went to Music Outlet, they are going to give me some hours next week, woo hoo. This has been my dream job as long as I can remember, I cannot wait to start.

Back home for a quick nap, and then out for a walk to the high school with my trustee headphones.

Hope tommorrow will be more eventful, but to tell you the truth this has been one of the best weeks in a while. Rock On.

Just had a thunderstorm, no fun at all, my cat hates them lol.
Have not talked to my friends in days, which is slightly depressing, but luckily I am having one of the best weeks ever so it ommits ne thing else. :o).

Cannot wait for school to start again. I need to finish Asnuntuck strong so I can keep the momentum going into another school. Drama should be fun this year. The script for Gullivers Travels is funny and challenging at the same time.

I have to go to the gym sometime today, but I really want to skip. On the other hand I always feel ten times better after a good workout. Let loose all the things that bug me on the weights he he. Like the HULK.

Trying to write a script for a movie takes up a lot of free time, but it is something I really wanna do. I am finally doing something hands on at Cox Cable and I wanna make sure I don't slip. I already did once this week, but cannot do it again. I sense it may lead to some fun and interesting things for me. Which is always a good thing.

War of the Worlds came out today and I cannot wait to go see that. It looks like it should be an amazing movie, in fact I am going to go read the reviews right now. Ha ha

Had a wonderful day yesterday.

Went to the best park in the world. It was raining but we had fun anyway. Visited the Bird house and saw the ostrich pee it was interesting. One piggie back ride later and we were off to another adventure.

Stopped and had a hot dog and milk shake and my favorite mini-golf place. Talked about fears and had a really nice conversation. Ever get the feeling that just looking at someone can take your breath away. :o)

We had time to kill before frisbee, so we watched some movies. First my favorite Big Fish, I forget how good it is sometimes, then we watched Team America which made us laugh.
Another really good talk, followed by some sweet dancing, it was very nice.

Frisbee time, which I usually look forward too, but for some reason I did not want to rush there. :o). New people played which was fun, the games were intense. Then to Art's house for swimming, and a really bad game of Marco Polo ha ha.

We were wet and tired but we still had a nice car ride home. Walked her to her door, and said goodnight. Smiled all the way home.

You look Wonderful Tonight-Eric Calpton

You ever think you are dreaming, and if you are, you do not want to wake up.

Thats how yesterday was.

It started out normal, woke up late as usual, fed the cat and did the dishes.
Then the phone rang, can you say butterflys lol.

She wanted to do something, how lucky am I, I thought. We could not think of anything so we decided on a movie, and dinner at my apartment. Of course, after I got off the phone I thought of ten thousand things to do, but this was gonna be nice.

Then I thought uh-oh gotta clean up the house. Whenever I am home alone for a week, I forget all clean freakness and let the house go. So I cleaned up as best I could before she came over. Shower Time.

I was sooo nervous, even more so when I heard the knock on the door. This was not like me usually I am pretty calm and collected lol, not tonight.

I offered her some really sugar sweet Ice-Tea, and put the pasta on. First we had some boxed veggies lol, my cooking skills are in boxes.

We watched Garden State while we waited for dinner to cook. I hope she liked the movie, I forgot how funny it was. :o)

PASTA is done, or so I thought lol. Apparently I can only cook pasta until its hard and sticky. Thats ok cuz she was nice enough to eat some of it haha. I saved everything thanks to good ol Dannon Yogurt lol.

After the movie we took a nice long walk to Enfield High and back again. I asked her what all her favorites were, and we had a nice talk. Then we relaxed outside on the steps to my building. It was amazing :o).

FRISBEE TIME, usually I look forward to a good game of frisbee, but this time it meant we has to leave. :o(. First and foremost though I had to scare away a few bugs, he he.

Frisbee was fun, but my thoughts were on better things. After Denny's saying goodbye was no fun either. Hope she had a good night sleep, cuz I sure did. Woke up smiling just like I had done all day.

    <lj:music>Given to Fly- Pearl Jam</lj:music>

It's been a couple days so lets see if I still got the goods.

Well I am still in a rediculous and immature fight with one of my very good friends. We ar both much to stubborn to admit either one of us were wrong. But on a serious not, to end our friendship over a silly dispute is nonsense. Last night we were all playing frisbee and she gave me the look of doom. So now I am even more set in my place that I am not going to apologize, EVER!!!!! If it is the end of our friendship I could really care less.

On another note, frisbee was fun last night, although no one really had any energy, especially me for some reason. I turned into shy George last night which seems to always happen. I have to learn to have courage in these situations.

I got some good news the other night. I will just leave it at that for right now. I shall explain more later.

Today we are all supposed to hang out, go ghost hunting, and then maybe some swimming in Kristen's pool. It sounds like it should be a lot of fun. I am happy I am making a good group of friends.

I played basketball yesterday for the first time in a long time. I missed it so much, and I am definately gonna play again today. I remember when I used to be really good, my shot was off something fierce yesterday. Today is also upper body at the gym, my favorite, get to make sure the "Gun Show" is ready lol. Why I call them that is beyond me, I have the smallest arms in the World.

When you have the house to yourself, it sound like an awesome deal. You think hey man I can do anything and everything I want. In reality it is really boring. There is no one to talk too. It is like you are cut off from the World, and the only companion you have is your kitty cat, and sometimes Oreo can be a jerk so thats no fun either.

Ah well I will write more later.

Peace, Love, and all the Malarky

    <lj:music>Eye of the Tiger</lj:music>

Here We Are Now, Entertain Us

What a splendid evening last night turned out to be. Played some kick ass frisbee in which George's team won again. It gets boring to win so much.He He who am I kidding we barely won.

Then the crew went ghost hunting at Old Newgate which has an amazing view. Cannot wait to go back and see the sunset from that hill. I find I am much more brave when there are people with me. Especially a good group of people. They are really cool and really fun, and they have a acceptance of each other that is really cool.

Jumping on the trampoline was fun, although I could not pull off this move called butt, knees, stomach, it was much to scary. After that it was home again.

House to myself AGAIN, its fun for like a day, then it gets really boring. Ah well, I will find stuff to keep me occupied. I always do.

Today I think I am gonna start getting ready for the Hartford Half Marathon. It is 13 miles which I did last year, but I have not been running as much as I should to prepare for it. So today is a good day to start, and hopefully finally get up to 200 push-ups for the first time.

Come to think of it, I lost 100 lbs in six months, and now I am in pretty good shape.

FOR WHO???????????

Myself, if it was up to me I would still be having my 20 dollar lunch at MacDonald's, you don't even want to know how much I ate.

Oh well, another day, more fun

Later

Like a Truman Show kind of thing. No,nobody, ok whatever.

Last night was cool, got to hang out with my boys for wrestling night, then the ladies stopped by. Jamie you better keep that cat away from my face lol. Me, Jeff, and Drew being the cool people we are played a wrestling video game into the wee hours of the morning. <lj:music>Long Road- Pearl Jam</lj:music>

Morning,

Well, yesterday was a pretty cool day I guess. I went to the only place I actually like being at the moment, the gym. It seems that I can always work out all my rage and anger on the weightlifting which is a good thing.
Went to see Batman for the second time last night. For some reason I have a Superhero complex. Anything that involves heroes interests me. I pretend to be some sort of hero all the time. I am always daydreaming of something bigger and better. What does that mean. It may have something to do with something inside me telling me I'm never good enough.
Speaking of that, my temper has gotten me in trouble again. I got into a fight with one of my "good" friends, over some bullshit that happened at Karaoke. It was absolutely rediculous and really we were both in the wrong, but the way it is being played out is to make me look like the bad guy, which isn't that always the case. I have not heard from any of my "friends" besides Jamie, Chris, and Robyn. Me and Dirgo can really never be mad at each other, we are both far too pretty.
This whole thing is really just childish. I want to be the bigger person and apologize so that I can have my friends back, but on the other hand, I really don't think I did anything wrong. I stood up for her and then she got mad that we were fooling around, so she took it out on me, which was rediculous. Luckily my temper is not quick, ha ha ha ha. Of course I yelled back.
Oh well forget that garbage, onto bigger and better things. My cat is looking at me very strangely, sometimes I wonder if he could eat me if he would, that little bastard lol.
Not too much is new other than that, I have been trying to sit down and actually write some music, you figure 15 years learning all these instruments and something would come out. Maybe I should not have spent ten of those years studying something as uncool as the trombone. Way too loud and hard to sing while playing.
Harry Potter once again is getting to me. Imagine I used to make fun of people that read these books. But now I cannot get enough of them. I saw the second movie last week, and now I'm all geared up for the new book to come out. On a related note I think something is wrong with me lol. Maybe I want to read about someone that had a childhood. Having to grow up way too early is something that sucks very much, but thats a story for another day.
It is good that yesterday was an ok day. It was fathers day. Never a good day. To my friends Chris, and Jeff. This day is not for us.
More coming soon. I promise, wait who am I talking too lol.

Miss you poppa

    <lj:music>Leaving New York, Never Easy-R.E.M</lj:music>

Como Estas Bitches

Just returned from the greatest city in the world. We had a blast.
We got there at about 12 pm and checked into our room. Then we grabbed a quick lunch at a local deli and proceeded on our way to the Empire State Building. After waiting in line for nearly four hours, my sister and I finally made it to the top. My mom being afraid of heights did not join us.
The view was incredible. You could literally see for hundreds of miles in every direction. Plus with the Empire being the tallest building in New York, you could see just about every inch of the city which was cool.
We followed up that with a walking trip toward Central Park, which was a good eight miles away. First though we ran into a man dressed in a King Kong outfit for promotion for the movie. Of course I got my picture taken with him. Ha Ha.
We took a horse buggy ride around Central Park which was awesome. Then we said hell with it and just walked around it again. So in total so far with everything we had walked almost 20 miles. Central Park is rediculously beautiful. It is the amazingly peaceful place in a concrete jungle. It was just really nice.
We then walked our way down to times square(24 miles if you are keeping track), where we had dinner at the ESPNzone. It was very expensive, but very good.
While we were seeing all these sights and stuff by the way, my sister decided she needed to stop in every high price store in the city, but I did not complain, there's no crying in baseball.
We then walked back to our hotel(30 miles), the two women went to bed, while I took a 2 mile jog around the area. We were right next to the U.N. Building which was awesome.

Day 2:
We woke up early, showered and checked out. Then grabbed a quick breakfast before heading, on the subway, downtown.
We were headed toward South Sea Port, where they have tons of street performers, restaurants and shopping centers. But we decided to take a small detour toward Ground Zero, which is always very moving.
We then walked from Battery Park on one side of the tip of the island toward South Sea Port which is almost near the Brooklyn Bridge on the other side, that was not fun but we managed he he. We watched some bands and singers. my sister of course did a little shopping and such.
We then had dinner at this place that had tables outside so we could look at the harbor and see the Statue of Liberty. It was wicked awesome.
We finished our trip by taking a taxi toward Grand Central Station and returning to New Haven for our car.
Then Home Again.

Until I write again
Peace Out Scouts
